Join us for pre-theatre dinner and drinks as you begin your night to welcome in the New Year!

Includes either a 3 course meal or 2 course meal and a welcome drink.

-Soup of the day served croutons

-Smoke salmon pate served with a lemon and herb vinaigrette toasted sourdough and a crisp salad

-Chard asparagus spears served on a bed of rocket with a rich hollandaise sauce

-Wild boar and plum terrine served with a red onion chutney toasted sourdough and crisp salad

Mains Options

-Slowly braised Featherblade of beef, fondant potatoes, buttered kale, tenderstem broccoli, port Jus & crispy shallots(GF)

-Monkfish tails wrapped in parma ham served with a rich tomato concase , crushed new potatoes dressed with a basil oil and crispy capers

-Ginger spice root vegetable wellington served with sauteed greens and mash potato topped with a vegetarian gravy

-Pan seared chicken supreme served with a truffled wild mushroom cream sauce sauteed greens and hassle back potatoes

-Lemon Posset
Posset served with Summer berries , fruit gel & shortbread

-Dark Chocolate orange Parfait (Vegan)
Set frozen chocolate parfait served with berry sorbet & candied orange peel

-Poached pear
Winter spiced poached Pear served with creme fraiche and tuile biscuits

The evening will conclude at approximately 9pm to allow you to continue the celebrations at the New Year’s Eve Gala Concert at Buxton Opera House. Please note that this booking is for dinner at Pavilion Gardens ONLY. Tickets for the concert must be purchased directly from Buxton Opera House.
